Kimbra embarked on her career in the aesthetics industry in 2002, driven by her personal experience with hormonal breakouts and the transformative impact that skincare treatments had on both her appearance and well-being. With a diverse background in dermatology, day spas, and laser clinics, Kimbra opened her own skin studio in 2008, where she spent the next decade refining her skills and providing exceptional care to her clients. In 2018, she founded The Beauty Method, a result of her comprehensive expertise and dedication to creating a positive, nurturing environment for both clients and staff.
Kimbra’s detailed approach to aesthetics seamlessly combines advanced techniques with expert touch, crafting a dynamic client experience that produces exceptional, results-driven outcomes. Trisha Horvath, MSN, RN, LE, CLT

I’m Trisha Horvath, MSN, RN, LE, CLT—an Arizona native with 17 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician, and 7 years as a skilled nurse injector.
My aesthetic journey began in 2008, earning my aesthetics license and laser certification. After a decade of mastering the art, I pursued nursing to expand my expertise and deliver more advanced treatments. In 2018, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my BSN from Northern Arizona University and in 2024, earned my MSN with Distinction, as a Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Phoenix.
My early nursing career in critical care, oncology, and hospice equipped me with a strong foundation in patient care. I transitioned to aesthetic medicine, working alongside top plastic surgeons specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. This experience honed my skills in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRF, PDO threads, microneedling, lasers, vaginal rejuvenation, and scar revisions.
Today, I provide personalized care at The Beauty Method and teach advanced injectables at The National Laser Institute. I stay at the forefront of aesthetics by attending multiple continuing education courses each year, ensuring my patients receive the most up-to-date treatments and techniques available.
My passion is helping clients feel confident in their own skin, approaching beauty from a full 360° perspective—enhancing skin quality, supporting deep structures, and creating natural, beautiful results, while incorporating preventative and treatment-based skincare. Combining expertise, safety, and compassion, I strive to deliver outcomes that empower and celebrate each individual.

Jordan Smith is a licensed esthetician with over four years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She is passionate about helping patients understand their skin and believes that education is one of the most important parts of achieving healthy, lasting results. Jordan takes a personalized approach to skincare, recognizing that no two skin types are the same. Through thoughtful consultations, she works closely with each patient to understand their unique concerns and goals, creating customized treatment plans designed specifically for their skin.
She specializes in advanced treatments, including laser therapies, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare protocols. Jordan believes that achieving great skin is a collaborative process, and she partners with her patients throughout their skincare journey to ensure they feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

Gianna is an Arizona native living with her two fur babies. As an Aesthetician & Laser Tech at The Beauty Method, she loves helping patients achieve glowing, healthy skin through personalized facials, laser services, & curated skincare routines. Gianna’s goal is to create a comfortable experience & share the knowledge that helps patients feel confident long after their appointment!
