Kimbra embarked on her career in the aesthetics industry in 2002, driven by her personal experience with hormonal breakouts and the transformative impact that skincare treatments had on both her appearance and well-being. With a diverse background in dermatology, day spas, and laser clinics, Kimbra opened her own skin studio in 2008, where she spent the next decade refining her skills and providing exceptional care to her clients. In 2018, she founded The Beauty Method, a result of her comprehensive expertise and dedication to creating a positive, nurturing environment for both clients and staff.
Kimbra’s detailed approach to aesthetics seamlessly combines advanced techniques with expert touch, crafting a dynamic client experience that produces exceptional, results-driven outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, getting lost in a good book, and finding inspiration in everyday moments.

Cassidy is a mom of two beautiful baby girls and spends most of her free time doing whatever they want to do! Her favorite treatments include anything that helps to make her patients feel more confident and relaxed; whether that be lasers or facials she believes there’s always a signature treatment for every individual.

Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician
Lauren has been in the skincare industry since 2017 and can’t imagine doing anything else! As a licensed aesthetician and laser technician, she spent 5.5 years working for a plastic surgeon before joining the Beauty Method team. Lauren is thrilled to be part of a medical spa that offers a wide range of treatments to suit every unique skin type. She takes pride in delivering exceptional results while building trust and meaningful relationships with her clients.
Outside of The Beauty Method, Lauren loves having dance parties with her two little girls, volunteering at her oldest daughter’s preschool, and performing in community theater productions across the valley.
